As the main antagonist and the most story involved boss, he surpasses ALL the other antagonists such as Barracuda, the boss in Lycanthropy, the Spectre Boss and the Spider Boss.Likewise, moral agency issues are out of the picture since he was still able to redeem himself and willingly stopped committing wrongdoings. Despite the lack of dialogue, it is shown he has a personality (considering that he likes playing the guitar) and isn't a mindless force of destruction, infact, it is shown he is extremely intelligent, cunning and strategic.It is only until Cube revives Cyan with two of the tree components. In his final form, he actually succeeds in killing Cyan, then kills Cyan again when they attempt to revive, where the other protagonists mourn their death.Has no honour after his defeat, he interferes before Cyan can purify the last tree component, stabs it into his head and empowers himself for a final time in a last ditch effort.In 'Final Boss' he once again attempts to kill Cyan.Cube also got into the factory and was corrupted in a similar fashion, which led to an emotional bossfight as they try to fight off the corruption and are forced to fight against their will.
Due to the amount of corrupted/brainwashed plants we see in 'Final Boss', it is clear he kidnapped, abused and brainwashed at least a thousand of them.
Underneath his tower it is shown Blixer set up a 'factory' of sorts where Paradises's residents are kidnapped, placed onto a conveyer belt, violently beaten by machinery before being converted by another of the Tree components. at an unspecified time he slams one of the components of the Tree of Life into a volcano, corrupting it and causing a destructive eruption it is not offscreen villany because have a completly arc in the volcano. After testing out his new powers when he empowers himself up, he sucks in Cyan and blasts them away into the ruined world. He uses the tree of life's power to create his own skyscraper and then establishes himself as the ruler of 'Paradise', converting the land with the corruption. 
In his rampage, he beats up a passive plant/cactus for almost no reason, even though the plant wouldn't of been able to stop him from obtaining the Tree of Life in the first place. Shortly after, he reveals himself and goes on a rampage causing massive destruction to 'Paradise' (the main setting of the game). Disguises himself as a sleeping grey plant (which is actually just his arm) in order to trick the protagonists when they revisit the cave. After a bird cage falls on a cracked platform with a crystal on it, it falls onto the sealed entrance of 'Long Live the New Fresh', releasing Blixer to which he is swift to attack Cube, Cyan and several small birds (who were simply bystanders btw).
